What age range is Music Library for?
We choose book titles that are great for non-readers, pre-readers and independent readers alike-generally ages 0-10 years. Stories are a treat for the kids and the adults that read to them! The recommended age for many of the items included in our boxes is 4+ years. We look forward to expanding our offering to various age groups in the future. Join our mailing list to receive updates!

Do you offer a sibling add-on?
Yes! Additional items will be sent with your book when you choose the Sibling Add-On option and is available for any subscription.

Why can’t I log in to the Digital Resources page?
Each new box has its own unique code. Please refer to the insert provided in your box for the correct code which is CASE SENSITIVE. If you have received a mystery box, be sure to click on the corresponding book’s cover image on the resources page.

Who should I contact if there is something damaged and/or missing from my box?
Please email shanan@musiclibrarybox.com to report missing or damaged items.

What is the cost of a Music Library box?
All pricing information can be found here.

When will I be charged?
Your card on file will be charged on or around the 1st of your renewal month. A reminder will be sent to the email address on file no later than 48 hours prior to your renewal date. Please make sure you add shanan@musiclibrarybox.com to your approved contacts list to ensure you receive all communications.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?
No, we offer worry-free cancellations but sincerely hope you’ll love our boxes too much to cancel. You can also pause your subscription at any time prior to your renewal date. Please cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

How Do I Request a Refund?
We do not offer refunds for partially completed subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

How do I change the billing information on my subscription?
Please login to your subscription account. Purchases made through Cratejoy must be managed on the Cratejoy website.

Why do I see Da Capo Music Academy on my billing statement/website/etc.?
Music Library operates under Da Capo LLC as a DBA.


Shipping

Do you ship to locations outside of the United States?
YES!
Music Library ships WORLDWIDE! If you are receiving an error message when attempting to enter your address, please contact us and we’ll help you get set up!

Do you charge for shipping?
Within the United States,
shipping costs are included in the cost of your box. You also receive tracking and insurance information via email each month. International shipping fees are charged per box at the time of purchase. The subscriber is responsible for any additional customs/duties charged by the destination country.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes! It requires a little workaround, though. Please subscribe with a stateside address. Then, login to your account and change the address to your current APO. Please contact us with questions or to receive detailed instructions.

How do I change the shipping address on my subscription?
Please login to your subscription account. Purchases made through Cratejoy must be managed on the Cratejoy website.

Is the gift subscription start date the same as the shipping date?
No. Your subscription start date is the date your order populates in our system and charges your card. If you wish for your gift recipient to receive their first box as soon as possible, please select to start the subscription immediately.

Why haven’t I received my box yet?
To ensure receipt of the current box you must subscribe by the 10th of each month. Boxes are shipped on or around the 20th of each month. If you have not received your box within 10 business days of receiving shipment notification, please file a claim with the carrier noted on your shipping confirmation email. You may contact us with additional questions.
